Who We Are

• Accentus Capital Partners Company Limited is a Vietnam focused specialized financial consulting firm focuses on advising and deploying capital in private credit and real estate investment opportunities. With access to offshore HNW investors, family offices and syndicates with funds to invest , our core area of expertise is arranging bridging capital and secured lending in special situations for business owners and companies addressing funding gaps where traditional banks are unwilling or unable to extend credit due to certain constraints.

What We Do

Our three pillars of business

Private Credit

With funds from private lending sources and working in close partnership with bank partners we help borrowers to bridge their funding gap and meet their financing needs. We focus on two typical scenarios: 1) To Facilitate for Real Estate Transactions; and 2) To Refinance Mortgage Loans.

We help Vietnam’s agricultural producers and processing factories secure the working capital they need to fulfill export orders. From credit enhancement using bank instruments or real estate to invoice financing, Accentus ensures exporters can deliver to global buyers on time and at scale.

Capital Raising

Through our network and different international partnerships, we focus on assisting Vietnamese companies in closing the gap between post seeding round to series A, B and C, up to the IPO stage in capital raising.

Our funding solutions entail tokenization, securitization and private placement strategies and we work with partner securities companies, law firms and accounting firms to directly assist publicly listed companies in Vietnam looking to have dual listing in the Hong Kong and US capital market.

Wealth Management

Our wealth management service focuses on specialized or personalized financial and investment advisory service for high-net-worth individuals in Vietnam such as successful entrepreneurs, family business owners and founders and majority shareholders of publicly listed companies.

Our services include advice and facilitation on cross border investment, setting up of offshore holding structure and family trust, immigration by investment, alternative financing, specialized healthcare insurance and service, etc.
